DELILAH SILPH is a beloved celebrity who has gained a tremendous amount of popularity across many of the world’s regions. Originally Delilah Ceres, she was adopted into the Silph family as a young child alongside siblings Yui Fujin Silph and MATIAS SILPH. Unlike some of her siblings, Delilah embraced her adopted parents' high expectations, thriving under their tutelage and taking full advantage of the resources at her disposal. Addicted to the spotlight and blessed with a charismatic, creative demeanor, Delilah gravitated towards the performing arts as a young child. Singer, actress, model - Delilah does it all. She is an ambitious woman who is fueled by adoration and positive attention, which may be an unconscious coping mechanism for dealing with the knowledge that her birth parents didn’t want her. Delilah believes a family as important as the Silphs need to maintain a good reputation with the general public, and has taken it upon herself to ensure they are always well-respected by the masses.

• Delilah was born in Saffron City, Kanto on August 1st, 1997
• She was adopted by the Silph family when she was 8 years old

• Delilah is publicly aligned with the League politically, and will often show up at League-sponsored charity events to show her support for dahlia goode and her government
• In September 2023, Fletcher Hyland, a member of the Slateport police department, showed up unannounced at her penthouse, declaring that there was a "a credible threat to her life" and that she needed to be put under constant supervision while the police conducted their full investigation. He now works as her bodyguard and protector.
• In April 2024, Delilah visited the HBIC and spoke with agent Gunner Graves regarding the threat to her life, the result of which revealed that the HBIC was unaware of any such threat...frustrated, Delilah has taken it upon herself to investigate independently of any League authorities.
• Despite her brother, Councilman FERNANDO SILPH, commanding her to leave Hoenn, Delilah has stubbornly decided to stay, involving herself in various League-sanctioned initiatives, such as exploring the various rifts around Hoenn - much to the Councilman's chagrin.
• Delilah has an amicable, working relationship/alliance with the Kalosian ambassador, Julien Demassieux

• Delilah has always had an interest in dreams after a lifetime of having especially vivid dreams, and after playing a strange otome route in the wildly popular Rondez-View of Luv game, she has developed an interest in the Interdream Zone
• Delilah is very close with her sister Yui Fujin Silph, always looked out for her when they were kids and regrets not keeping in touch more once she got busy with her acting career
• Delilah has a somewhat strained relationship with her brother MATIAS SILPH, and though she always liked his former-fiancee Eva Morales, she finds his unpredictable, chaotic nature bad for the family’s overall reputation
• Delilah has a complicated relationship with her brother, FERNANDO SILPH. She does not resent him for being the heir to Silph Co., as she always knew her future would be in performance rather than business, but she is currently frustrated with his demands that she leave Hoenn. He calls her Ceres in private.
